Farnham’s first annual Cider and Sausage Festival – a new open-air event was held in Gostrey Meadow on 4th September. Organised by Farnham Lions Club, the event attracted around two thousand guests and funds raised will benefit good causes. The Andrew Lodge team were delighted to join festival goers and had such a brilliant experience.
The festival ran over two sessions and ticket holders were able to enjoy numerous types of cider provided by local producers along with a range of speciality sausages and other food stalls including a Thai BBQ.
Guests were entertained by Live music band, the Fabulous Funky Funks who created a party vibe.
Our Managing Director Andrew Lodge, who is also a Farnham Lion, commented: “The Cider and Sausage Festival was such a great success and it was wonderful to be a part of the team coordinating everything on the day. There was a fantastic atmosphere and both sessions proved really popular. Farnham Lions look forward to confirming the total raised for good causes soon. We also look forward to bringing the event back in 2022.”
