After Andrew Lodge sold our previous home in Farnham to the first viewers a few years ago we had no hesitation when confronted recently with the task of selling our late fathers home in Farnham in appointing yourselves to sell the property. The summer was a difficult time in the property market what with rising mortgage rates and the general doom & gloom in the news but Andrew Lodge’s staff always remained up-beat & positive. You showed good quality potential buyers the house and eventually one of those viewers offered what we considered a very good price! I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Lodge, these people really do understand the local market better than the competition in town, a statement that infuriates other agents but it happens to be true, believe me! Finally and this a very important. The staff are extremely professional and keep you updated with events promptly. They are very pleasant people to deal with, lovely in fact!!!
