Grant Walters
Managing Director
Born in Farnham, I have 40 years experience in estate agency, having embarked on my career with Andrew in 1982. I am extremely proud that Andrew Lodge is a leading independent estate agent and it is wonderful to work alongside an outstanding team of property professionals. My role has evolved over many years and as Managing Director I am constantly looking at new and exciting opportunities that will benefit our clients, including the most effective marketing tools. I work closely with both vendors and buyers, supporting them through their buying and selling journey and sharing my extensive knowledge of the local property market. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising with friends, a round of golf, and countryside walks with our black lab.
Sam Ridgers
Assistant Manager
After graduating in business, I began my career in the property industry. As assistant manager, my role at Andrew Lodge revolves around the day to day running of the sales floor. I aim to provide our client base with unrivalled advice and attention to detail. I understand our buyers needs and seek to offer and create the best opportunity to fulfil their property search. I live in Farnham and outside of the office I enjoy the many pockets of countryside it has to offer.
Olly Walters

Since graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in Real Estate I commenced my career for a corporate estate agency focusing on lettings in South Kensington. I now turn my attention back to my hometown, Farnham, where I enjoy my role as negotiator for both residential sales and lettings. Being able to build a rapport with prospective clients, helping vendors and landlords on their journeys makes my job so rewarding. Out of the office I enjoy playing golf and clay pigeon shooting.

I enjoy building relationships with both landlords and tenants. For landlords, it’s about maximising their property investment, and for tenants, it’s about finding a comfortable, safe place to call home. Being a trusted intermediary in this process is very rewarding. The property and lettings industry is fascinating because it plays a pivotal role in people’s lives. Finding the right home is a significant decision, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families in our community secure the right place to live. I bring a wealth of experience from my previous roles, which includes strong customer service skills, negotiation abilities and extensive knowledge of the local property market.

I enjoy being part of such a knowledgeable team and my role is so varied, exciting and interesting. I like the fact we are an independent estate agent and have been established in the town for so long. I work closely with Andrew Lodge, preparing professional brochures for his properties and liaising with vendors. I also assist Andrew with his various community roles, which are very rewarding.

My role involves client liaison and I help the sales team to ensure our properties are marketed to their very best. I also assist with the firm’s marketing and promotions. I have a keen interest in all types of property, particularly in the Farnham area where there is a real mix of contemporary and character properties. I have lived in West Surrey for over 40 years and established Andrew Lodge Estate Agents with Grant in 1993 after extensive experience within a Surrey Partnership and Corporate Group. I love dealing with Farnham property and greatly enjoy working with Grant and the excellent team we have built up alongside us. Over the years I have gained many loyal clients and grown a wonderful network of industry and professional contacts. Outside of the office I am involved in local community projects such as The Farnham Institute Charity and I am a member of Farnham Lions Club.

I have worked at Andrew Lodge for 13 years and have a background in accounting/finance for over 40 years, many of those spent at Nat West Bank. I manage the day to day finances for the company, assist with general administration, payroll and support the office team.
