There are many great reviews regarding Andrew Lodge Estate Agent and based on my own experience, they are all very much deserved. From my initial meeting with the managing director, Grant Walters, I was left in no doubt as to who I wanted to instruct to sell my property. Andrew Lodge as a team managed the whole marketing and administrative process seamlessly all the way through to completion. The process of buying and selling a property in England is quite laborious and stressful, but I cannot recommend Andrew Lodge highly enough to anyone looking for help navigating this path.

He gave sound advice from the start and kept me informed throughout the whole process, including helping move things forwards with solicitors. We have just sold our parents’ house in Farnham through Andrew Lodge and can’t recommend them highly enough. It was a protracted probate sale and Olly and Grant were both very helpful and professional throughout and kept everything on track. We valued their sound and friendly advice very highly and were so pleased we appointed them.

Maybe we got lucky but luck comes with hard work and Sam had the perfect buyer for an off market sale to a purchaser with a near complete chain so all in all we could not have wished for a better service.
