We had a challenging time buying a house in Farnham after selling our house in London with one purchase falling through as the vendors changed their minds re selling and then a very protracted purchase due to the vendors’ complex chain. However Sam at Andrew Lodge really went the extra mile to make sure that the purchase was eventually successful and he demonstrated great service, empathy and communication. Highly recommended – Andrew Lodge conducted all the viewings of our unoccupied property without us needing to be there, which was a huge help and convenience, and reassuring to know it was being dealt with professionally. The first accepted offer unfortunately didn’t proceed, but Andrew Lodge persevered, at a difficult time in the housing market, finding us another buyer with a successful and happy outcome.
