There are many great reviews regarding Andrew Lodge Estate Agent and based on my own experience, they are all very much deserved. From my initial meeting with the managing director, Grant Walters, I was left in no doubt as to who I wanted to instruct to sell my property. Andrew Lodge as a team managed the whole marketing and administrative process seamlessly all the way through to completion. The process of buying and selling a property in England is quite laborious and stressful, but I cannot recommend Andrew Lodge highly enough to anyone looking for help navigating this path.

I sold my parent’s house recently with Andrew Lodge. The whole team were very professional. I liaised mostly with Grant. He gave sound advice from the start and kept me informed throughout the whole process, including helping move things forwards with solicitors. We have just sold our parents’ house in Farnham through Andrew Lodge and can’t recommend them highly enough. It was a protracted probate sale and Olly and Grant were both very helpful and professional throughout and kept everything on track. We valued their sound and friendly advice very highly and were so pleased we appointed them.

Maybe we got lucky but luck comes with hard work and Sam had the perfect buyer for an off market sale to a purchaser with a near complete chain so all in all we could not have wished for a better service.

We had a challenging time buying a house in Farnham after selling our house in London with one purchase falling through as the vendors changed their minds re selling and then a very protracted purchase due to the vendors’ complex chain. However Sam at Andrew Lodge really went the extra mile to make sure that the purchase was eventually successful and he demonstrated great service, empathy and communication. I would highly recommend Sam, Olly and the team at Andrew Lodge.

Throughout what turned out to be a tortuous process as a result of a 7 link chain!, Conor, Clare, Elizabeth, Fleur and Sam were all very pro-active and communicative allowing us to finally get our sale and purchase/move to Devon over the line, I would highly recommend Andrew Lodge.
