Full management of a property includes the following:
- Market appraisal, photos and video tour
- Property marketing on Rightmove and our own website
- Full tenant referencing to include a credit check, income verification and a previous landlord reference (if applicable)
- Tenancy Agreement prepared and sent for electronic signing
- Security deposit registered and protected with an approved Government scheme
- All necessary documents served on the tenants to ensure compliance
- Your rent collected each month with detailed statements showing income and expenditure
- Pursuance of tenant arrears and serving of appropriate notices
- Dealing with all property maintenance issues raised and appointing the necessary contractors
- Ensuring date sensitive tasks are met such as annual gas safety checks, EPCs, EICRs
- Regular property visits
- Dealing with the deposit return at the end of the tenancy
