The Guild of Property Professionals has once again proven its excellence in the property sector, securing the coveted ESTAS award for Best Agency Network for the fourth consecutive year. This exceptional achievement, announced at the prestigious ESTAS awards ceremony on Friday, 18 October, underscores The Guild’s unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service across the UK.
The ESTAS awards are based purely on client feedback, with ratings provided by homeowners who have experienced the services of estate and letting agents firsthand. The Guild network has accumulated over 26,000 end of transactions reviews since using the ESTAS platform, achieving an impressive 96.9% average customer service rating, a true reflection of the professionalism and dedication exhibited by Guild agents nationwide.
Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, expressed his pride at the network’s remarkable accomplishment. “Winning the ESTAS award for the fourth consecutive year is a testament to the relentless hard work and dedication of our Members. In addition to the Best Agency Network 2024 accolade, Guild Members achieved several individual honours, including 22 gold, 19 silver and 13 bronze awards, as well as regional and postcode-specific recognitions. The Guild Agent of the Year 2024 title was awarded to C residential for their outstanding performance.
McKenzie went on to comment on the importance of supporting independent property professionals, saying, “We are immensely proud of this achievement. Our goal is to empower our Members to excel, providing them with the tools and services necessary to thrive in their market. There have been a number of challenges throughout the year, however, our agents have risen to the occasion, offering exceptional support to their clients.”
The ESTAS awards are celebrating their 21st year, continuing their mission of recognising excellence in the property industry through customer feedback.
