Rightmove data reveals that we achieved more sales agreed in the £500,000 to £3m price bracket than any other local agent between 1st January 2022 and 1st May 2022, across the GU8, GU9 and GU10 postcode patches.

According to Rightmove, buyers are snapping up properties twice as quickly as they were in 2019. Homes took just 33 days on average to sell in April, the fastest ever recorded by the property portal.

Data also reveals that more than half of properties are selling at or above the full asking price. At Andrew Lodge this certainly is the case as properties that we bring to market are receiving great interest, with many selling over the guide price.
