They went out of their way to help me on the journey – requesting access numerous times well before exchange, so I could take workmen to look at the building – and were always helpful when unexpected issues arose. Sam and the team at AL sold our house in November 2024, from the first appointment with Sam we were impressed and felt safe knowing he and the team would look after us. Indeed they did through what turned out to be a difficult time to sell a house given the current financial markets. Viewings were always advised well before time, a representative from AL was always there beforehand to open up and turn the lights on.
