Opportunity knocks for record number of Guild Members at The ESTAS 2024

The Guild of Property Professionals has once again shown the strength of their network with 100 Members being crowned winners in the Best in Postcode Award 2024, all going on to be shortlisted in the regional awards, with winners announced at the awards ceremony later this year.

The ESTAS honours the best agents, conveyancers and brokers in the UK based on reviews submitted through The ESTAS online customer review platform, which enables property professionals to demonstrate the customer service standards they deliver for their clients. ESTAS reviews can only be completed at the end of the property transaction and a strict verification process ensures reviews are genuine. The regional and national winners will be announced at the 21st annual ESTAS ceremony held in London on 18th October and will be presented by renowned media personality, Phil Spencer, in front of over 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said: “We extend our congratulations to all Guild Members who have been shortlisted for a coveted ESTAS award this year. Their achievement is testament to the exceptional quality of agents within our network. This underscores how, with the support of The Guild, independent estate agents can rise above individual limitations and compete effectively on a national platform reflecting positively on our collective reputation of our proud network. Well done!”

The Guild at the 2023 awards

As well as being in with a chance of winning a regional or national award, all the shortlisted Guild Members will also have the chance to pick up the ‘Best Guild Member Award’ which will be presented to the highest scoring Guild office in The ESTAS competition. Not only have many of The Guild’s UK-wide network been shortlisted, but The Guild itself has also been honoured, being shortlisted in The Supplier Awards, recognising supplier firms who have delivered the best customer experience in 2023 – an award The Guild have scooped for the past three years.

Simon Brown, the Founder of The ESTAS Group, underscored the importance of recognising suppliers who consistently offer exceptional service to the industry. He emphasised the diversity of products and services, acknowledging that different sectors demand varying service levels. Therefore, The ESTAS Group not only acknowledges an overall Supplier of the Year but also highlights ‘Best in Sector’ suppliers to celebrate excellence across various niches.
