We are pleased to introduce you to Kathleen Van Renen, our knowledgeable and highly skilled Lettings Manager. Kathleen recently joined our team to enhance our lettings services for both landlords and tenants. Here we share an interview which provides you with an insight into her vast industry experience.
Q: What do you enjoy about your day-to-day role?
A: I love the dynamic nature of my role as each day presents unique challenges and opportunities. It’s incredibly satisfying to help people find the perfect property and to navigate the various aspects of the property rental process.
Q: What experience do you bring to the team?
A: I bring a wealth of experience from my previous roles, which includes strong customer service skills, negotiation abilities and extensive knowledge of the local property market.
Q: Why are you passionate about working in the property industry?
A: The property and lettings industry is fascinating because it plays a pivotal role in people’s lives. Finding the right home is a significant decision, and I’m passionate about helping individuals and families in our community secure the right place to live.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working with landlords and tenants?
A: I enjoy building relationships with both landlords and tenants. For landlords, it’s about maximising their property investment, and for tenants, it’s about finding a comfortable, safe place to call home. Being a trusted intermediary in this process is very rewarding.

Q: What gives you the greatest satisfaction in your role?
A: The greatest satisfaction in my role comes from seeing happy tenants move into their new homes and landlords consistently being satisfied with our services. Knowing that I’ve played a part in making this happen is immensely fulfilling.
