The service we received from Andrew Lodge in selling our home of 36 years was simply great. Right from first valuation to completion the whole team worked exceedingly hard to achieve the best result they could for us. Our sale took several months (we had over 40 viewings resulting in 4 offers in total, two above asking price) but throughout the whole process we received friendly and helpful advice and support from both Grant and Sam. Sam in particular was on the phone with updates and feedback on such a regular basis that it felt like he was part of the family. We were very impressed with the quality of viewers. We had chosen to do the viewings ourselves rather than wandering aimlessly outside (because of Covid) and we met some delightful people as a result. To sum up, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew Lodge to anyone thinking of selling or indeed buying and would definitely use them again in the future.

From the first meeting with Grant when he came to give a market appraisal I was very impressed. He wasn’t pushy but came across with genuine enthusiasm to sell our property. In a difficult market they managed to find the right buyer and kept us updated all the way through the transaction. If you are thinking of buying, selling or even renting I would highly recommend Grant and his team.

Having considered the wide range of estate agents in Farnham we are extremely pleased, and relieved, to have chosen Andrew Lodge. The service provided by Grant Walters and his team has been exemplary, and it is extremely unlikely we would have received the same level of service from anyone else. A quirky house in South Farnham which required a very specific approach. Proactive, responsive, always supportive and helpful in ways we would never have expected, we would unreservedly recommend Grant and his team for any sale or purchase.
