Right from first valuation to completion the whole team worked exceedingly hard to achieve the best result they could for us. Our sale took several months (we had over 40 viewings resulting in 4 offers in total, two above asking price) but throughout the whole process we received friendly and helpful advice and support from both Grant and Sam. Sam in particular was on the phone with updates and feedback on such a regular basis that it felt like he was part of the family. We were very impressed with the quality of viewers. We had chosen to do the viewings ourselves rather than wandering aimlessly outside (because of Covid) and we met some delightful people as a result. To sum up, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew Lodge to anyone thinking of selling or indeed buying and would definitely use them again in the future.
