Anniversary Celebrations
2023 marked our 30th anniversary, providing an opportunity for us to reflect on our achievements over many years. Andrew Lodge has become a highly regarded name within the property industry and in our own community. We were selected as a founder member of The Guild of Property Professionals in 2001 and we continue to be Farnham’s exclusive Guild Members today.
Sales Success
Official Rightmove figures confirm that our sales team successfully sold more properties in the £500,000 to £3,000,000 price bracket, across the GU9 and GU10 postcode areas, from 1st January 2023 through to 18th December 2023.
British Property Award Winners
To highlight our dedication to providing an outstanding customer service, our team have won the British Property Gold Award for best Farnham Estate Agent. Only agents who provide a fantastic service and go that extra mile for their clients receive this accolade.
Lettings Services
