Born in Farnham, I have been an estate agent for over 40 years, having worked across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. Having opened the business with Andrew in 1993, I am proud to head up Andrew Lodge Estate Agents and work alongside an outstanding team of property professionals with many years experience in the industry.

As Managing Director, I am constantly looking at new and exciting opportunities that will benefit our clients, including the most effective marketing tools. I work closely with both Vendors and Buyers, supporting them through their buying and selling journey and sharing my extensive knowledge of the local property market. Outside of the office, I am a member of the Rotary Club of Farnham, I enjoy spending time with my family, socialising with friends, a round of golf and countryside walks.

After graduating in business, I began my career in the property industry. As Office Manager, my role at Andrew Lodge revolves around the day to day running of the sales floor. I aim to provide our client base with unrivalled advice and attention to detail. I understand our buyers needs and seek to offer and create the best opportunity to fulfil their property search. I live in Farnham and outside of the office I enjoy the many pockets of countryside it has to offer.

Since graduating from the Royal Agricultural University in Real Estate I commenced my career for a corporate estate agency focusing on lettings in South Kensington. I now turn my attention back to my hometown, Farnham, where I enjoy my role as negotiator for both residential sales and lettings. Being able to build a rapport with prospective clients, helping vendors and landlords on their journeys makes my job so rewarding. Out of the office I enjoy playing golf and clay pigeon shooting.

I have worked with the estate agency over a number of years and really enjoy the regular client interaction and variety of my role. There is always a friendly atmosphere in the office and we are so enthusiastic and caring about all our clients. I admire how we provide honest and realistic valuations and help clients through the tougher times until completion.

I enjoy being part of such a knowledgeable team and my role is varied and interesting. I am proud of the fact we are a successful independent estate agent and have been established in the town for so long. I work closely with the team preparing professional brochures for properties and liaising with vendors and purchasers.

My role involves client liaison and I help the sales team to ensure our properties are marketed to their very best. I also assist with the firm’s marketing and promotions. I have a keen interest in all types of property, particularly in the Farnham area where there is a real mix of contemporary and character properties. I am proud to work for such a well-established firm with an outstanding reputation. The team who work here are very professional and Andrew is well respected in the community.
