Our Team is Expanding

Our team here at Andrew Lodge is expanding and we are delighted to introduce you to three new members of staff and we welcome back a couple of very familiar faces. Sam Ridgers recently joined as Sales Negotiator, with Stephanie Sotiris taking up the role of Sales Support/Negotiator, while Lauren Flint-Carter has quickly become a vital part of our busy admin team.

After settling into the team, Sam commented: “I was born and raised in Farnham and know the town and surrounding areas inside out. Alongside industry experience, I have a degree in business management. I bring friendly, professional and honest advice. Every day is different in sales and I enjoy working in this exciting, but challenging environment.”

Stephanie Sotiris added: “I joined the team in the spring and really enjoy the regular client interaction and variety of my role. I admire how we provide honest and realistic valuations and have a dedicated sales progression professional to help through the tougher times until completion.”

Lauren Flint-Carter is enjoying her role in the admin team and she looks after all of the paperwork that is involved with selling a property as well as the correspondence between the sales team and the vendors. She is skilled in client liaison, keeping all parties well-informed, and she likes to make vendors feel comfortable when selling their property.

Meanwhile, Jane Fellows (formerly Mills) decided to return to us as she missed her role as Sales Progressor so much and Lauren Johnson has come back from maternity leave, after having twins, and is enjoying her sales support role.

Jane, who has now worked for the firm for more than 15 years, is delighted to be back and said: “I love the buzz at Andrew Lodge Estate Agents as every day is different. I really enjoy being part of such a knowledgeable team and we all have a real sensitivity towards clients.”
